Features
Everything you need, nothing that nags
A fasting timer, a gentle history and a calm picture of your rhythm.
One tap to log
Tap “I’m done eating” and Rilo starts counting. Tap “I ate” when you eat again. Picked the wrong time? Change it, the length follows.
Your rhythm, explained
See your usual last meal, first meal and fast, how regular you are, and how weekends differ from weekdays. Rilo describes patterns instead of judging them.
A target you can change any time
Aim for 12, 14, 16 hours or your own number, for this fast or your next one. Reaching it never ends a fast automatically, and missing it never changes tomorrow.
Forgot to log? Add it later
Add a past fast from History, or let Rilo ask when a meal looks forgotten, based on your usual times. One missed day never breaks the next.
Gentle, optional reminders
A note when you reach your target, and a nudge before you usually finish eating. Reminders are local, answer them right from the notification, and a built-in test shows whether your phone delivers them on time.
Home screen widgets
See your timer and target without opening the app, on your home screen. Small widgets are free; medium and large widgets with weekly progress come with Rilo Pro.
Short, careful fasting guides
One-minute reads on timers, drinks, meals, rhythm and safety. Written with health and flexibility first, with no promises about what happens in your body at hour 16.
Backup and restore
Everything lives on your phone, so you can save your log and settings to one file and restore it when you switch devices. Light and dark themes, English and Indonesian included.

How it works
Three small steps, then Rilo takes it from there
- 1
Choose a target you can live with
Sleep counts too, so many people start at 12–14 hours. Not sure yet? Rilo starts you at 14 and you can change it whenever you like.
- 2
Tap when you finish eating
Your fast counts from your last meal. Home shows the time so far, when you will reach your target, and your eating window.
- 3
Let Rilo learn your rhythm
After a few days of logging, Your rhythm shows your usual times and gentle insights like “weekends run later”, without scores or streaks.
Your rhythm
Patterns over perfection
Rilo turns your log into a calm picture of how you actually live, and explains it without scoring you.
- Usual times. Your typical last meal, first meal and fast.
- Weekday vs weekend. See whether weekends run later or start earlier.
- Gentle insights. “One unusual night does not change your pattern.” “Your rhythm has been shifting earlier lately.”
- History you can fix. Edit times or add a fast you forgot. Short of your target? It still counts.
Privacy
What you eat and when is yours
Rilo is built local-first, so the habits you track never leave your phone.

Fasting and your health
Rilo is a tracker with gentle guidance, not a medical device. Fasting does not suit everyone. Talk to a doctor first if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have a history of eating disorders, take medication affected by when you eat, or live with diabetes or another health condition.
The timer counts time since you finished eating. It cannot tell what is happening inside your body. If you feel dizzy, weak or unwell, stop and get help.
FAQ
Questions, answered plainly
What is Rilo?
Rilo is an intermittent fasting tracker for Android, with iOS coming soon. You tap when you finish eating and when you eat again, and Rilo counts the hours, learns your usual rhythm and reminds you gently if you forget to log a meal.
Do I need an account?
No. Rilo has no sign-up or login. Your fasting log, target and preferences are stored on your device.
Where is my data stored? Is it private?
Your fasting entries, targets, preferences and reminder schedule stay on your phone, and Rilo does not sync your fasting log to a server. Purchases are handled by the App Store or Google Play and RevenueCat, ads by Google AdMob, and optional crash reports by Firebase Crashlytics. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Is Rilo free?
Yes. The timer, History, Your rhythm, reminders, small widgets and fasting guides are free, with ads. Rilo Pro removes ads and adds medium and large widgets, as a monthly or yearly subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase.
Does Rilo have streaks or badges?
No, on purpose. Missing a target is treated as information, not failure, and a missed day never changes the next one.
What if I forget to log a meal?
Add the fast later from History, or turn on forgotten-meal reminders so Rilo asks when your log looks off compared to your usual times. You never have to answer.
Does Rilo tell me what is happening in my body?
No. The timer counts elapsed time from the meals you record. Rilo cannot measure ketosis, insulin, fat burning or autophagy and does not claim that a given hour means a given effect.
Is fasting safe for everyone?
No. Talk to a doctor first if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have a history of eating disorders, take medication affected by when you eat, or live with diabetes or another health condition. Stop and get help if you feel unwell. Rilo is not a medical device.
Which languages and platforms does Rilo support?
Rilo is available on Android, and an iOS version is coming soon. It supports English and Indonesian, with light and dark themes and home screen widgets.
How do I move to a new phone?
In Settings, open Data & Storage and back up your log and settings to a file. On the new phone, restore from that file. Keep the file private, since anyone who has it can read your log.
How do I restore or cancel Rilo Pro?
Open Rilo Pro in Settings and choose Restore purchase while signed in to the same store account. Cancel or change your subscription in the App Store or Google Play settings.

Less tracking. More living.
Start whenever you are ready. Whatever happens, it still counts.
